If you have a BC Services Card account and a Health Gateway account, you can log in once to view records in both AccessMyHealth and Health Gateway.
To get started, you’ll need your BC Services Card and have set up your BC Services Card account, which is a digital ID you will use to log in to AccessMyHealth. Once you have a BC Services Card, you will have the option to use the mobile app or get a BC Token to login with your user name and password. When accessing from a computer, we recommend using the latest version of your web browser (e.g. Chrome, Safari, Microsoft Edge, etc.)
Parents, family members, guardians, or other caregivers can access a patient’s health record through “proxy” access on a patient’s behalf. Learn more about proxy access.
Select “Log in with BC Services Card” and choose the app or token to verify. Once logged in, select the “AccessMyHealth” icon featured on the homepage. Review and accept the AccessMyHealth Terms of Service. Read 'How to log in' for detailed instructions.
Once having logged in, you'll see allergies, clinical documents, lab results, imaging reports, and other details in your health record. You'll also see messages from your care team and upcoming appointments. Go to Support for detailed instructions.
